When “Yes” Means “No”

When you share your dilemma with a friend and you ask if he agrees with your choice of how to go about dealing with, just because he says he agrees with you, doesn’t mean that he does. He just wants to please you and tell you what you want to hear and move on to talk about something else.  After all, why bother and run the risk of arguing with you and telling you that the other option might be better…

Well, hopefully you have at least one real friend who would do the latter when they disagree with your  choice, and they believe that speaking their mind to you will only make your friendship stronger.
