These Pictures Do Not Give Guys a Boner

rockclimbing online dating photo When will girls realize that their “Indiana Jones” photos showing how “adventureous” and “outdoorsy” they are add nothing to their dating profiles, and these phots are anything but flattering to them. Men don’t go to online dating sites to look for a hiking or skydiving buddy. They are looking for either casual sex, affection, intellectual connection, relationship, marriage, or all of the above.

Athletic / exotic photos do not make a woman look more feminine or otherwise desirable. A boring office photo will likely be far more flattering than some kind of skydiving shot or marathon run shut, which generally makes any girl look more manly and dyke-ish.  I could hear some of you, ladies, exclaim: “But I don’t do it for men; I do this for myself”. But wait a second – this is an online dating site. It has a specific purpose  – to attract and hopefully meet potential romantic partners. The only reason to post photos on here is precisely that – to present yourself in the most attractive light – as a woman; not as an athlete or a discovery channel journalist.  So, stop making your dating profile look like an Olympic Games tryouts portfolio or an application for the Survivor show and start showing that which makes you … a woman – your feminine energy. marathon runner not feminine

  1. I actually like to see those kind of pictures as we live in one of the most obesse country in the world where most of the women are fat, especially in online dating which is overfilled with SIFs (secret internet fatty) that claim to be curvy, voluptuous or other ephemism of being disgusting slob of fat. While I wont be to impressed of her ability to climb K2 rocks, I would definitely will be impressed by seing petite, hot athletic body bouncing during our intercourse. So yeah, I while its automatic swipe left for profile with just face lics (SIF alert), I would definitely swipe right for a sporty ones
